 We track on to a Mackie HDR 24/96, through a Mackie D8B Digital Console with Automation. Available are, multiple outboard compressors, reverbs, FX units as well as the onboard FX on the console.
The tracks are transferred to Steinberg’s Nuendo for mixdown to Stereo Master Wave files, where we utilize various FX Plugins from the likes of Antares AutoTune, Waves Masters Bundle, TC Native Bundle FX, TimeWorks Millennium Pack, & Arboretum Hyperprism, to name but a few.
In the next stage the Stereo Master Wave files are brought into Steinberg’s WaveLab for mastering. Again having access to the above named Plugins, we apply TimeWorks Mastering Compressor and dither the 24 bit Stereo Master Wave file to 16 bit using Waves L1 Ultramaximizer+. The Stereo Master Wave files are ready to Burn to an Audio CD.
